The home shown above was built in the Crighton Property in the Figtree Bay Estate on Boora Boora Road in Kincumber. The site chosen for the display home is an upwards-sloping site with extensive views over the Brisbane Water. These views can be enjoyed from the spacious elevated 1st floor concrete balcony which is positioned over the double garage. The balcony is conveniently located forward of the games room. The games room is above the open plan kitchen and living area.
